ABServo CNC – USB/RS232 port

 

 

General Description

This ABServo CNC USB-RS232 is dedicated for motion-control processors designed for use with a variety of DC and brushless DC servo motors, and other servomechanisms which provide a quadrature incremental position feedback signal. This PCB card can perform the intensive, real-time computational tasks required for high performance digital motion control. With the host control, that may be a PC, the user make his G-code program of any figure – under CAD/CAM – and after, transmit it through ABServo Soft Interpreter the necessary command to perform a group of movement using the ABSeevo CNC USB / RS232 hardware. On the other hand, this PCB card needs an incremental encoder for feedback control position. To generate the power, ABServo CNC USB-RS232 send a PWM signal to the ABServo Amplifier based on H bridge switches.

ABServo CNC – Amplifier

General Description

The ABServo CNC – Amplifier is a 3A H bridge based in its LMD18200 designed for motion control applications. This structure let this card work with bipolar and CMOS control circuitry with DMOS power devices. Ideal for driving DC and stepper motors. Furthermore, this PCB card can peak output currents up to 6A. Some applications that apply will be DC and stepper motor drives, position and velocity servomechanisms, factory automation robots, numerically controlled machinery and computer printers and plotters.

AB Servo Filters

 

 

General Description

ABServo-Filters is compose by two PCB card, A as sending and B as receiving. One send the signal A, B and Z from the encoder incremental converting any variation on the line to exactly quadrature signal with a clocking trigger. In addition, the filter is based on one flip-flop complementary that send each signal in the differential wave form. After, the receiving card B take this two signal and mix it to one by making a high differential sum. Therefore, this make effective reduce of any noise that may occur with the A, B and Z signal.

 

 

ABServo MasterSW

 

General Description

This PCB card has the propose to make a turn on/off of any perioferal that in connected to system, like oil control, system of cooling, and so on. ABServo MasterSw have 4 relays that handler up to 10A – 220VAC. More over, this PCB card has 4 input absolutly isolate by 4 optocouple againt any noise from the servo motor. You can programmer this device by is USB/RS232 port under a easy serial protocol command controlled with a micro controller.
